Elizabeth (Betty) Krissinger

Krissinger (NEE Raymond.McDermott) Elizabeth (Betty ) entered into eternal rest October 1, 2025, Born October 25,1936 to the late Edward & Anna Raymond. Her siblings preceded her in death; Edward, Walter, George, William, Margaret, John (Curley). She was previously married to John W. McDermott, a musician, then married Stuart Krissinger Sr. Betty was the most loved and beloved mother of Deborah A. McDermott of Lester Pa. Betty was also survived by an in-law Bobbie (Juanita) Raymond and many nieces, nephews and cousins, Reid Raymond, Susan Harris, Cindy Raymond, George Raymond Jr., Michael Raymond Sr., Margaret Joplin Peale, Robert Moore, Dot Fausey, Don Raymond and Ron Raymond, Kathy Mulvihill, Micheal Mulvihill, Janet McCabe Burnett, Pat McCabe Fecilicine, John McCabe, Maureen Fisher Schickling, Joe Schickling, Diana Delcasale Gormley, Micheal Delcasale, Steve Delcasale and William Price.

Betty was a graduate of St Margaret Mary's High School in Essington. She loved adventure, traveling the country and visited 47 states, conducting musical shows with the 4 Gems. She and her 1st husband settled for a short time in Las Vegas and then Atlantic City NJ where she was dazzled with the glamour, she was most delighted by meeting the famous Rat Pack and many other famous stars of the 60's... lt was now time to settle in Essington. Betty had many jobs but most enjoyed working for our local dentist, where she was promoted to a dental assistant position. Among her many interests she loved music, singing and dancing, she was very skilled and creative. Betty started her own floral shoppe business "Buds by Betty" where she created many beautiful floral arrangements while singing to her favorite music. Betty loved to laugh and made sure others laughed with her. May she rest in eternal peace. Funeral services  will occur at Holy Cross Cemetery, 626 Bailey Road, Yeadon, Pa, 19050. Saturday 1pm, November 15, 2025
